What do you mean by product allowance?The product allowance included in each of our in-home services refers to the systems integrations we may need to implement for lasting change in your space. This could be bins, totes, dividers, containers, labels etc. This allowance may not be fully inclusive, but any additional budget required is confirmed collaboratively.

How do I know how many hours my project will take?This is considered during our consult time, often our consults are completed in your space or you can provide photos and videos to support our consult discussion. We are often able to gauge in advance the time needed to reach you goals, and if any additional time is needed this is communicated well in advance.

How much am I involved in the process?That is totally up to you! In the majority of cases I need someone present to make decisions related to the inventory (what stays, what can go etc.) and advise on how the space ideally functions; however, this can be completed in short spurts. Often clients work from home on the day of service and schedule blocks of time to come and advise. Some clients enjoy working hand in hand, and others ask that I work completely independently and leave suggested donations or seek confirmation via photos. I adapt to what works for you!

When do you typically book & how far do you travel?We generally book all sessions between 9:30am-1:30pm daily. We tend to cap sessions at 4 hours as this is the sweet spot for our client's participation. We are based in Burlington, ON. We travel within 1-1.5 hours of Burlington and a mileage fee will be charged after 35 kms of our home base. We've also been known to fly to great projects - if you want to fly us out, we are all ears!
